The Rockford Tooling and Machining Association (the
local chapter of the National Tooling and Machining Association)
is a group of Tool and Die Shops, Contract Machine Shops, and Precision
Custom Manufacturers in the Rockford, Illinois area.
Created in 1957 with eight
members, the RTMA has grown to approximately
28 regular member companies and 50
associate member companies.
The mission of the RTMA is: To lead our precision
manufacturing members in achieving maximum business success by providing
a center of knowledge, promoting and emphasizing education, technology,
marketing, networking, finance, and government affairs.
